The Pantheon HS3 uses precision ball screws and linear guides for all axes. Unlike timing belts used in other 3D printers, ball screws do not meaningfully stretch or drift even under extreme acceleration, repeated loading or increased temperatures, ensuring part quality and repeatable results while greatly increasing print speeds and reliability.
The Pantheon HS3 uses Technik ClearPath® servomotors on the X and Y axis. Brushless motors allow for whisper-quiet high speed and high acceleration moves. Servomotors are Closed loop controlled and will never "lose" a step mid-print.

Pantheon's print head uses a fully steel hotend, 100w heaters, precision high-temperature sensing and an air deflector to protect the nozzle tip from temperature fluctuation.
